What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
A minimum of 48 hours notice is strictly required for all cancellations and lesson reschedules. If you cancel on the day or within the 48-hour window, the full lesson fee will be charged.

When do lesson fees need to be paid?
Individual driving lesson fees must be paid prior to or on the day of the scheduled lesson.

How do payments work for package deals?
All driving lesson packages must be paid upfront in full before the first session commences.

What happens if I arrive late to my lesson?
Your lesson time commences at the agreed booking time. If you arrive late, the lesson will still conclude at the scheduled finish time, and the full session rate applies.

What must I bring to every driving lesson?
You must carry your current and valid Victorian learner permit or driver licence with you at all times during your lesson. Digital permits via the Service Victoria or VicRoads app are accepted where legally valid.

What is the policy regarding fitness to drive?
Safety is our highest priority. If you are unfit to drive due to alcohol, drugs, extreme fatigue, or illness, your lesson will be refused immediately and the full lesson fee will apply.

What footwear should I wear during lessons?
Please wear comfortable, flat, closed-toe shoes that allow proper pedal feel and control. Thongs, heavy boots, and high heels are not permitted during practical instruction.

What vehicle standards and insurance are provided?
Our dual-controlled training vehicle is fully insured, regularly serviced, and complies with all Victorian road safety standards to provide you with a safe learning environment.
